Something not quite right? No problem!

While we aim to satisfy 100% of our customers, we recognize that our product may not be a perfect fit for every dog and owner. While determining if the System is right for you, please take care of it and keep it in original condition. If you decide to return your SpotOn System, we will be sad to see you go, but aim to make your return process as smooth as possible—the details of our policies are below. 

RETURNS

Our returns policy is based on the condition of your SpotOn System when you return it. Below, you’ll find information which will help you determine if your SpotOn System qualifies for free return shipping and full refund, or whether it will be subject to a restocking fee.

Unopened Package: Original Condition

If your SpotOn System is unopened (with the shrinkwrap seal around the package still intact) and is shipped back to us within 10 days of purchase using the provided shipping label, it is eligible for:

—Free return

—Full refund

—Free return shipping

Opened Package: Original Condition

If your SpotOn System is opened, and shipped back to us in its original box within 45 days of purchase with all components in their original condition, it isbe eligible for:

—Full refund minus a $150 restocking fee (shipping is at your expense)

Opened Package: Damaged and/or Missing Components

If your SpotOn System is opened and is shipped back to us in its original box within 45 days of purchase with components acceptably used* and/or missing, it is eligible for:

—50% refund minus a $150 restocking fee (shipping is at your expense)

*When we receive your System, we will assess its condition and contact you with any concerns. Acceptable use includes minor scuffs and scratches on the SpotOn Collar and its component parts. Use that has damaged the System and interferes with its ability to function properly is not acceptable, and may mean that we cannot provide a refund.

EXCHANGES

If you’ve discovered that your SpotOn Collar is not the correct size for your pup, and you would like to switch out your System to get a better fit, read on to learn about our exhanges policy.

Unopened Package: Original Condition

If your SpotOn System is unopened (with the shrinkwrap seal around the package is still intact) and is shipped back to us within 10 days of purchase using the provided shipping label, it is eligible for:

—Free exchange
—Free return shipping

Opened Package: Original Condition

If your SpotOn System is opened, and shipped back to us in its original box within 45 days of purchase with all components in original condition, it is eligible for:

—Free exchange minus a $150 restocking fee to cover testing, resetting, and repackaging
